Interstate Commerce Center is a 14 acre complex under development in north Catoosa County at exit 353 off I-75. When complete, the Park will be home to approx 30 to 40 companies and total 152,000 square feet. With a "campus" like design, the business center will feature inter-connecting sidewalks, extensive landscaping, and decorative night time lighting.

Just several hundred feet off of the first exit in Georgia from the Tennessee state line, Interstate Commerce Center is adjacent to a Yellow Freight Trucking terminal. In addition, traffic counts are greater than 75,000 cars a day across this exit on I-75. In addition, the frontage road, Cloud Springs Road is to be built into a four lane beginning in 2005.

Sizes will range from 4,000 square feet up to 20,000 square feet on the office/warehouse combinations. All units include three phase power provided by North Georgia Electric, FT. Oglethorpe City water and sewer, loading docks, and grade level entry doors (14" x 12").

A 12,000 square foot Office/Retail building will be located on Cloud Spring Road in front of the park near the Exit 353 off ramp. These units can range from approximately 1,500 square foot and up. The front Office/Retail building will be finished in attractive brick . One of the offices in this building will also be the new home of Carlton Properties and will give tenants ready access to owner/developer.
